We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, material details, and sizing information. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. These differences do not affect your right to receive products that match their description.

Orders and Acceptance

An automated order receipt confirms that we have received your order. Your order is accepted, and a purchase contract is formed, when we send you an email expressly confirming acceptance.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order because of unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, or reasonable concerns about fraudulent activity. If we decline an order after collecting payment, we will notify you and promptly refund the amount paid.
Prices and Payment

Where we offer customization, please check all submitted text, images, sizing details, and any design proof carefully before approving production.
Change-of-mind cancellation or return rights may be limited for products made to your specifications or clearly personalized, but only where applicable law permits and we disclose the restriction before purchase. Your rights concerning faulty, incorrect, or misdescribed products remain unaffected.
You must have the necessary rights or permission to use any artwork, photographs, logos, or other materials you submit. You give us permission to use those materials only as needed to develop and fulfill your order, including sharing them with production providers for that purpose.
Sharing an idea or image with us does not transfer ownership to us. Ownership, exclusivity, or wider commercial use of a collaboratively developed design must be agreed separately in writing. We will seek your permission before using your submitted materials in our marketing.
